Hammer Yachts: builders of the HammerCat 35 & 45
the next generation power catamarans

The collaboration between Schionning Naval Architects, South African boat building (Uwe Jaspersen from Carbo Tech) and American sales & marketing (Peter Wiersema, 20 years of leadership in catamaran sales) has resulted in a new power cat concept that is revolutionary in idea, cutting edge in terms of technology and lightning fast in terms of performance: The HammerCat.

Hammer Yachts was conceived when it became apparent that the current sport fish and cruising power catamarans are not what power-cats should be:  elegant, high performance and fuel efficient. Based on our market research, the executives at Hammer Yachts realized the power cat market is ready for a new concept and assembled a team of experienced professionals resulting in the first HammerCat 35 being completed in December 2019, and a production line has started early 2020.

The HammerCat 35 is the first model in the next generation of sport fish power catamaran. The HammerCat 35 is the first power catamaran to have gorgeous lines: a sweeping Carolina bow line normally only seen on mono-hull sport fish yachts. The HammerCat 35 combines her good looks above the waterline with a very efficient and modern underwater body. Her build is strong and light through the use of epoxy and carbon fiber.

The HammerCat 45 is the next model in the line up of multi-purpose power catamarans. The HammerCat 45 can be build as a day-boat, sport fish, dive boat or multi-functional super yacht tender. Construction of the first HammerCat 45 will start in 2020.

HammerCat:  Elegant, fast and fuel efficient.
