The HammerCat 45 is the second model of a new generation of power catamarans. Built by Hammer Yachts, the HammerCat 45 features a sweeping "Carolina bow" and lines that make her look like she is going fast while sitting in a marina or at anchor.
The HammerCat 45 combines her good looks and sleek lines above the waterline with a very efficient and modern underwater body, featuring a double stepped hull, a wave piercing bow and a high tunnel for optimal performance.

Unique features of the HammerCat 45
The Design
Designed by Antoine Dutoit and Robert Quinn, the HammerCat 45 is a true multi-purpose vessel: she can be built as a day boat / cruiser, sport-fish, dive boat or multi-functional super yacht tender, with all of these attributes combined in one superior vessel without compromising functionality.
Construction & Speed
The collective experience of well over a century in boat building and systems engineering resulted in the HammerCat 45. Built using an optimized combination of epoxy, carbon fiber, E-glass and high density structural foam, she is much lighter than other 45' mono-hulls or power catamarans. Twin 600HP engines push the HammerCat 45 effortlessly to speeds in excess of 55 mph while maintaining superior fuel efficiency and a smooth ride. She can also be built with 2 x 440HP inboard diesels with stern drives.
